Training Coordinator

You will be Single point of contact for all our students not pertaining to technical aspects like, schedule, onboarding, admission,  payments & fees etc.
You will also be working as sales personnel, customer service rep, Social Media Manager, counselor for our students.

Responsibilities

  • Generate & maintain reports for attendance, assessments, tests, enquiries, sales funnel reports

  • Responsibile for closing sales leads

  • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session

  • Responsible for sales & lead generation

  • Co-ordinate with trainers & companies for webinars, seminars etc

  • Contact industry experts and invite them for training sessions.

  • Work with our affiliates to generate sales leads

  • Ability to have 1 on 1 communication with sales leads & students

  • Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting

Requirements

  • Degree in Education, Training, HR or related field

  • Ability to learn skills for Reporting/Documentation/Productivity applications etc

Engineering Trainer

You will be the Primary technical instructor for both theory & lab sessions. You will be directly interacting with Students, pair programming with them, troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting the theory classes

  • Conducting the Lab classes

  • Pair Programming with Students

  • Review the submitted assignments

  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement

  • Monitor student performance and response to training

  • Keep attendance and other records

  • Collecting feedback about the course & experience

  • Host seminars, workshops, webinars etc about tech topics

  • Record Video tutorials about tech topics

Skills

  • Exceptional Communication skills both Verbal & written. Clarity in thoughts & communication

  • Comfortable talking in front of a group as well as one-on-one with an individual

  • Able to give and receive feedback effectively

  • Can drive understanding (i.e. using visual aids, able to recognize when a group or individual is lost and needs more attention)

  • Good interpersonal skills to deal with students

  • Ability to inspire & lead the students for better outcomes

  • Should be knowledgable about programming or Be able to learn programming

  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools

  • Proficient in MS Office/Google apps,excel (esp. Powerpoint), zoom, & e-learning software is an plus.

Requirements

  • Graduation in Bsc/BCA/MCA/B.E. Specialization in Computer science is preferred

  • Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position is preferred

  • All of our Engineering Trainers undergo Company Sponsored 3 Month Training before Joining. The Joinee is expected to attend the training diligently.

Courseware Engineer

The design & development of effective courseware is a complex process involving many forms of expertise. Several disciplines such as instructional design theories, software engineering principles, human-computer interaction and multimedia are involved.

You will be building all of the courseware including, coding exercises, unit tests, tutorials, documentation, presentations, Assessment questions etc

Responsibilities

  • Find what topics needs to be covered in the courseware

  • Find gaps in the technical courseware & Strategies to fill them

  • Build Coding exercises

  • Write Unit tests for the coding exercises

  • Build Training modules

  • Write documentation

  • Create guides/tutorials/presentations/ etc

Skills

  • Clarity in thoughts & Written communication

  • Indepth & under the hood understanding of Technology/Languages

  • Knowledgable in Javascript & Java

  • Professional Programming Experience

  • Ability to convey technical concepts with written material

  • Ability to create visual guides/aids to convey complex technical ideas/thoughts

Requirements

  • Graduation in BCA/MCA/B.E

  • Professional Programming experience is a must

  • Experience 2+ Years
