Students can raise dbouts against most content throughout the academy. 
The student will also be able to see the list of all doubts raised against the items by other students
After the student raises a doubt, the TA(teaching assistant) will answer the question via text or doc, or a video.
The TA could also possibly tag the doubt as a duplicate & provide a link to another doubt addressing the student's question
